-Service commitment-

1. Our company promises that the manufactured equipment is of high quality, reliable, meets the design requirements, runs safely and stably, meets the production requirements, and meets the contract requirements and technical conditions.

2. Our company promises that the supplied equipment within the scope of the contract can reach the guaranteed value specified in the drawings and technical requirements.

3. If the performance of the equipment can not meet the service requirements and affect the service life due to the manufacturing and installation of our company, our company is responsible for taking remedial measures to make it meet the service requirements, and the expenses will be borne by us.

4. The standards, specifications and materials used by our company in manufacture and installation of equipment shall comply with the original design drawings and technical documents provided by the design institute or national specifications and standards.

5. Our company promises to provide professional quality inspection personnel to conduct comprehensive supervision and inspection on the manufacturing, installation and debugging process of the supplied equipment.

6. Our company promises: there are complete quality tracking records, and all process quality records and final acceptance reports are complete.

7. Our company promises that the equipment warranty period (except for wearing parts) includes the trial production period and first year after the formal production.

8. During the warranty period(starting from the time when the products of our company are delivered to users for acceptance and use), if there is any quality problem with the supplied equipment, the terms and conditions shall be applicable:

  8.1 Within the warranty period, our company promises to be responsible for the quality of the supplied equipment. If the production can not run normally due to equipment quality problems, our company is responsible for replacement or maintenance without any charge; if the equipment failure or damage is caused by the operator who does not follow relevant operating procedures, our company will only charge the cost of equipment repair or replacement.

  8.2 Within one year after the warranty expires, our company promises to provide free maintenance guidance for the equipment, and no travel expenses will be charged during this period. If hardware needs to be replaced, only hardware cost will be charged.

  8.3 If our company needs to provide maintenance services one year after the warranty expires, the service cost will be charged.

  8.4 Our company will respond within 24 hours after receiving the repair notice from users, and troubleshoot within 2 working days (on holidays, we provide service as usual).

  8.5 Our company promises to guarantee lifelong repair service for all parts; guide the service for regular maintenance of equipment.

9. From the date of acceptance and use of the equipment, our company promise that the spare parts required for the equipment can be repaired and replaced within 3 years, and we will provide extensive and preferential technical support for life.

10. The warranty period of motor, bearing, hydraulic parts and lubricating system shall be implemented according to the outsourcing standard, and the warranty period promised by our company shall be equal to that promised by the manufacturer providing the equipment.

11. Our company promises that we will provide spare parts in a timely manner with priority and preference ways for users for a long time.

12. Our company promises that we will pay a return visit to users in time, and timely feed back the reasonable suggestions put forward by users to the leaders.
