Biomass pyrolysis polygeneration technology:
Biomass is decomposed through heating under the condition of limited oxygen or oxygen-free. After gas/liquid separation and liquid/liquid separation, biomass gas and biomass essence stock solution are obtained. The biomass essence stock solution includes vinegar stock solution and biomass oil. After deep processing and purification of vinegar stock solution, a variety of biological agents can be obtained, which can be used for bacteriostasis, insecticide, beauty care, health care, food addition and so on. Biomass oil can be used as fuel with high heat value, or used to prepare anti-polymerization agent, phenolate and miscellaneous phenol, or used as antioxidant. Biomass charcoal, the solid product obtained through biomass pyrolysis, can be used to prepare activated carbon, high-quality barbecue charcoal, industrial reducing agent and so on.
The raw materials for pyrolysis: the agricultural and forestry wastes such as branches, wood, fruit shells, straws and roots of Chinese herbal medicines.
