The 2×12KNm3/h clean gas furnace project of China Aluminum Group Shanxi Jiaokou Xinghua Technology Co., Ltd. undertaken by our company formally supplied gas to Xinghua Technology’s roasting process on September 3, 2016, marking our company’s first domestic research and development The dual-fluidized bed crushed coal atmospheric gasification process system has been successfully applied to industrial production, and it has also promoted the improvement of my country's coal gasification process technology and equipment level. 

Academician Zhang Suojiang of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Researcher Song Wenli visited the project site for inspection and guidance and fully affirmed the project.

After the project was put into use, many technical improvements were carried out during the operation process, which completely solved the problem of system slagging and auxiliary equipment. The system operation stability and operation rate were greatly improved, and it withstood power outages, emergency accidents, and large fluctuations in gas consumption. Tested by common problems, safety has been fully verified. At present, the system is running smoothly, and indicators such as gas output, pressure, dust content, and tar content all meet the design requirements.
