After-sales Service commitment:
1．We promise and guarantee that our products are of high quality and high reliability, and that their performances meet the design requirements and the specifications for safety and stability, as well as those for production, and the products are in compliance with contractual requirements and technical conditions.
2．We promise and guarantee that the supply of equipment within the scope of the contract can measure up to the guaranteed values as stated in the drawings and technical requirements.
3．If the equipment performance cannot meet the requirements, which thereby affects the service life of the equipment due to the company’s fault in manufacture and installation, the company will be responsible to take remedial measures, so that it can meet the requirements, and the costs will be borne by us.
4．The standards and specifications followed by our company in the process of equipment production, as well as the raw materials shall comply with the original design drawings and the technical documents provided by the Design Institute, or with the national norms and standards.
5．We promise to send specialized QC personnel to conduct comprehensive supervision and inspection over the production and installation process.
6．We promise to keep complete quality track records, and that all the process quality records and final inspection reports are complete.
7．We promised that the trial production period and the one year after the product is officially put into operation is the warranty period (except wearing parts).
8．Our products should be processed in line with the following articles in the case of quality problems within the warranty period starting from the date of delivery for user acceptance:
8.1During the warranty period, the company promises to provide free technical advice and on-site technical services. If the user failed to use the device by following the technical requirements in the “operation procedures" of our coal gas furnaces, which resulted in damages or adjustment on the contractual gas furnace and ancillary equipment, the user needs to pay the travel costs, meals and hotel costs of the maintenance personnel. Otherwise, such costs will be borne by our company.
8.2Within two years after the warranty, the company promises to provide free maintenance guide device; in this period, we shall not charge maintenance fees or travel expenses. If it is necessary to replace hardware, we shall charge the hardware costs only; otherwise, no other fees shall be charged.
8.3For maintenance later than 2 years after the warranty period, we promise to charge the payment of traveling expenses, accommodation costs and the cost for part replacement, and no other maintenance costs shall be charged.
8.4We will response our users within 24 hours after receiving a repair notice, and will troubleshoot the problems in two working days (including holidays).
8.5We promise lifelong maintenance services for all parts of our products, as well as regular product maintenance guidance services.
9.We guarantee that the equipment parts are replaceable and repairable with 3 years after the acceptance of the equipment by the user, and we promise to provide a wide range of discounted lifetime technical support.
10．The warranty periods of motors, bearings, hydraulic parts, and lubrication systems shall be performed in accordance with the standards for outsourcing, and our promised warranty periods equal to those guaranteed by equipment manufacturers.
11．We promise to provide spare parts for users at discounted prices, in preferential terms, in a timely manner, and on a long-term basis.
12．We promise to return visit to users in a timely manner, and promptly response the reasonable suggestions proposed by users.
