Indonesia ALCA Aluminum Co., Ltd. is an enterprise integrating aluminum smelting and aluminum profile processing in Medan City, the third largest city in Indonesia. Its aluminum profile products are sold domestically and exported to Singapore.

The company's gas station is the first cooling station designed, manufactured, installed and operated by Leadhorse in Indonesia. It adopts a ф2.6M two-stage gas producer, air cooling, electric decoking, and electric dust removal purification cooling technology. Part of the gas is desulfurized by the wet desulfurization station and then sent to the aluminum profile heating furnace for combustion, and sent to two groups of 500KW gas generator sets; part of the gas is directly used for smelting in the aluminum melting furnace.

The gas station was put into operation in July 2006 so far. At present, another ф3.2M two-stage gas station is about to start construction.
