Structure characteristics: The multi-layer octagonal cyclone grate developed by our company is made of manganese steel, which is welded. The grate is not only temperature-resistant, wear-resistant, not easy to crack, but also easy to repair, the normal service life is 3-5 years.

Due to the adoption of multi-channel air distribution structure, the air distribution at the bottom of the furnace is more uniform, so it is conducive to improving the gasification intensity in the furnace and reducing the carbon content of the furnace ash, and the carbon content of the ash slag is＜15%.
